Call for Posters ​

We invite poster submissions for the Foundations of Ethical AI Workshop 2026 on fairness, trustworthiness, robustness, explainability, and privacy. The poster session during the workshop aims to bring together a diverse community of researchers and practitioners advancing impactful work in responsible, safe, and trustworthy AI. We welcome submissions from all relevant areas, including algorithmic, human-centered, legal, philosophical, sociological, statistical, and theoretical perspectives on ethical AI. Posters will be selected based on novelty, clarity, and their potential to stimulate meaningful discussions during the workshop. Upon acceptance of the poster, at least one author will register, attend the workshop, and present the poster.

Guidelines for Poster Submission ​

Submissions must be made via Microsoft CMT

Upload:
  • A 2-page abstract in two-column format PDF explaining your work.
    The abstract should clearly communicate the problem, motivation, approach, and relevance to ethical AI.

  • A poster in PDF format (Size: A0, Orientation: Portrait)
  • Optional: an MP4 video to brief your work (Max size 100 MB)

Timelines ​

  • Submission Deadline: 18-May-2026
  • Notification of Acceptance: 25-May-2026

Upon acceptance, authors will be notified to complete workshop registration.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
